Who played Becky Gelke in the episode where Jerry chased down a driver who had hit a parked car and ended up dating her. Was it Helen Slater?

I asked the same question a while ago. The Becky Gelke name doesn't appear in the credits - but if it's not "Billie Jean" Slater, it sure is a dead ringer for her. I thought I heard that JS dated her once or twice.
