Dilbert is on UPN everywhere. It's a network show. They just moved it to Tuesday nights at 8:30 central time--- nationally. By the way, Wayne Knight (Newman) was just on this week's episode as a security guard who made a bet with Dilbert to see who could do the other person's job for a day. And Jason Alexander has been on a few times as Catbert.
