I saw it yesterday on my Fox station. I thought it was banned from TV forever? Did anyone else see it?

No, the syndicators temporarily pulled it from the rotation after the Anthrax envelope deaths.

No Seinfeld episode has ever been "banned" by the government or any other official group.

I saw it on TV yesterday also :-) I was happy to see it, but it's not a great episode.

Personally, I love that episode. Previously one wonders what the hell is George's problem in marrying Susan Biddle Ross. Up to this point her worst relationship crime was making him watch Mad About You at bedtime (oh, and the physcial domestic abuse in part II of The Cadillac, where she slugs him). In this episode, Ms. Ross is at her screechy best upon the occasion of her wedding. Who wouldn't want her dead?
