A few months ago, I downloaded Mr. Faulkner's program (4 different times) and got the same "can not run in DOS mode" each time. I e-mailed Faulkner and asked if I was doing something wrong. Never received a decent response. His program will just NOT install.
I wish he'd spend a little less time bragging about it and fix it.

If you check the bbs on the website [http://www.tsef.com/seinguide/bbs] you will find that a fix was available from way back in something like October (you may have to select to view more posts - last 100 days). There is now a link to the fixed .exe on the front page [http://www.tsef.com/seinguide].

it also has to be said that over 100 people have downloaded it and about 7 have found it doesn't work... that's 7% kids...

Sorry about that - there was a bit of a mix up, but the number of times it doesn't work is very small. There is a version which does work available from http://www.tsef.com/seinguide now.
The error was noted and fixed in the Bugs forum ages ago - that's usually the best place to check if you do find any errors. In due time a version log and known bug list will make its way to the site.
PS - John, I thought that I had addressed your problem, maybe the emails didn't get through for some reason. Sorry!
