Fans identify the reference in the final scene where Kramer's nose bleeds on a bus as an allusion to Jon Voight's role in the film Midnight Cowboy.
What is the deal with the last scene of the episode with John Voight. Jerry and Kramer are on a bus going somewhere, Kramer's nose is bleeding, and says something like "I'm falling apart Jerry, I'm falling apart". Is this a reference to some old John Voight movie, or something?
