So I go to see this movie "Dogville" and one of the characters is played by Philip Baker Hall, the guy who played Bookman in Seinfeld. He's a great actor and everything, but all I could think of every time I saw him was "It's Bookman!".
Every time I see an actor that was ever on Seinfeld on another TV show or in a movie I have a hard time convincing myself about the character they are playing - I can only think of them in reference to Seinfeld.

Me too. I listed that Bookman was in an episode of The West Wing a couple of weeks ago.
He had his own office and while I was watching it, I kept expecting him to say to one of the other actors, "I don't judge a man by the vote he casts or the party he follows. Democracy was never my bag. But you put on a pair of shoes when you walk into my office, fella."
For Joe Bookman fans, P. B. Hall has a great starring role in "Hard Eight", and good supporting roles in "Boogie Nights", "Magnolia" and "The Talented Mr. Ripley". In that last film, he has a one-scene speech reminiscent of his part on Seinfeld, playing a police detective. "I don't care for BS. I don't care to speak it, I don't care to hear it."
