Well, with George's and the writer's final descent into hell, would anyone be surprised to see a hilarious episode in which George finally reaches his full potential and takes his newly bought guns into a nearby school and kills a few dozen kindergartners?
Jerry will be stunned by the news and wonder if it will give him a way to get out of his own impending marital doom. He also will try and work it into his act.
Elaine will be very angry at George for possibly making it harder for her to find a new "lover du jour."
Cosmo will write a coffee table book. Newman will wonder if George was secretly employed by the U.S. Postal Service.
This show has gone from refreshingly quirky to just plain sick. The casual way in which George reacted to Susan's death, the matter of fact references to a plane crash as a solution, and the almost sociopathic lack of any true emotion from any cast member towards another human being have rendered watching this program a painful act.
Of course, it could be the Bobby Ewing syndrome revisited!
