According to who? Is this accepted as fact? I remember the end credits of the episode listed her as something like "Nameless Woman". Dillores doesn't rhyme with clitoris. I'm just interested in whether the Dillores thing is based on inside knowledge or not.

After she tests Jerry on if he knows her name, she leaves in a bit of a huff and then a few seconds goes by, Jerry then rememebers what her name is, and runs for his window yelling, "Ohhh". He opens it and yells out the window, "Dolores!!".
So yes, her name was Dolores (sp?).
Also, don't forget that in this current season, they resurrected her character and Jerry emphatically reiterates her name, over and over again, as Dolores.

I was under the impression it was Mulva. In an episode this season,she approaches Jerry thinking he has changed because he was engaged, therefore willing to make a commitment.So all of a sudden she was friendly towards him again. And I believed he addressed her as Mulva.
No. He made a very blatant attempt to call her "Delores" at every opportunity. He only referred to her as "Mulva" in conversation with George.

Jerry was refering to his girlfriend as Mulva because he could not remember her name. He knew her name rhymed with a part of the female anatomy so used the name "Mulva" as a guess as to what her name might be.

In "The Junior Mints" (ep.60) Mulva was indeed one of Jerrys guesses.
What about Delorres, that too was one of the guesses. As he shouts it from the window at the end of the episode.

You guys are talking about the episode this season when Jerry sees "Mulva" a.k.a. Delores on the street after he breaks up with his fiancee. He was only making a joke to George by calling her Mulva, but her real name is Delores. The episode that the other person is thinking about is the initial episode in which Jerry has no idea what her name is after they first meet. :-)
