If you look carefully you'll notice a lot of actors have played various roles.
For example, the woman that played Ava in the Nazi Limo episode also played Audrey the woman who refused to taste the apple pie (Poppi's daughter).
The little kid that Kramer's friend Mickey stood in for on the soap opera is also the little kid in the hospital that Kramer has to get Paul Oneill to hit the home run for.
