i could be wrong, but i think that the person Kramer was giving the 3 cubans to was on a prior episode. The one where Kramer was betting that man over which plane would arrive sooner at the plane station. Gotta love when they bring back old people/things. A few episodes ago they had the guy that called jerry a 'phony'(parallel park episode), and during the one w/ the 3 chinese men at kramers house, when Jerry was talking about the umbrella's somebody walked by in an Urban Sombrero(elaine's idea for the company).

You are correct sir. It was the same actor than in the airplane episode. He did not have a very big role in this thursday's episode. It must be to make us real fans happy.
