Two come to mind, Susan and Russ Dylrymple. And we also get a strong feeling that the Boyfriend of Elaine's who liked the song "Desperado" died on the operating table after the surgeon who was working on him blanked out while listening to "Witchey Women." Off-hand, I can think of two others. Jerry's immigrant relative who had a pony (Manya?) and George's girlfriends relative. He tried to get the discount air ticket. Double-dip.

I think the grandmother of Jerry's girlfriend who was the "backup" for Bette Midler also died. The girlfriend would cry because she dropped her frankfurter, but didn't when she found out about her grandmother's death.
Was Desperado, my favorite song since seeing this episode, playing when the Doctor freezes, I would have sworn the song the doctor freezes to is that other one, what was it, Wichy Woman...Elaine mentions it earlier in the episode...I could be wrong...
