Question

Fans discuss whether Jerry's cereal-weighing behavior in "The Non-Fat Yogurt" signals obsessive-compulsive tendencies or is simply weight-loss related after gaining pounds from non-fat yogurt.

In a recent episode, Jerry was seen weighing his cereal to get the proportions exactly right. I don't remember him doing this before. Are his obsessive-compulsive tendencies taking over? Is this the beginning of a descent into 8-grain hell? Will Jerry soon be listening to prozac instead of Snapple? Stay tuned.

He weighed his cereal in the Nonfat frozen yogurt episode that had newly elected Mayor Rudy in it. Jerry and Elaine had gained weight, and Kramer was ridiculing them for it. Because of his gain, Jerry had to try to lose it.

I doubt it. He was weighing the cereal 'cause he gained 8 pounds eating ``non-fat'' yogurt.

That was in the "Fat-Free Foozen Yogurt" show when Jerry had gained weight. He's probably just trying to loose the extra weight.

Greg.

The reason Jerry was weighing his cereal was to take off the weight he put on from the yogurt.
