Spinoffs

I heard about the three proposed spinoffs, and I nominate a fourth: "Hello, Newman."

They could have Neuman portray a recenly released, registered sex offender moving into a quiet suburban neighborhood. Actully, I do believe Knight should be cast as a regular in a series when 'Seinfeld is through. His character provides alot of great comic situations for the main characters to play off. I'm not sure that his antagonistic role would make a good 'center' point for a sitcom. It doesn't seem to be working for 'Ned and Stacy', in terms of ratings (but that may involve other factors such as network and time slot). And I really can't see Knight portraying the 'beloved' protagonist. He may be good enough, but can his ability overcome his more recent roles as the 'villain'?
