In 'The Hamptons', did anyone else notice what the name of the person that built the house was? It was mentioned in a conversation between Elaine and the 'breathtaking' pediatrician. Is this the same person that Elaine's boyfriend in 'The Checks' was so fond of?

He says it was built by Mark Fardman. And that name might have something to do with last season's episode about Jerry getting the checks from the 'Super Terrific Happy Hour.' Elaine is dating a guy (I'm not sure what he does, something in furniture) and he's obsessed with a designer named Carl Fardman. He refers to Jerry's apartment as: "so ... un-Carl Fardman like." hehehe! Don't know if it's on purpose, or just a coincidene. They were a few seasons apart, I doubt many people would notice unless they watch the old episodes on tape all the time. Like I do. ;)
