The Betrayal's last scene (first?)

I thought the scene going back eleven years was hilarious. It made watching that episode worth it.

While it was a humourous scene, it also contradicted some previously established continuity.

About five seasons back, there was an episode of "Mad About You" where Jamie is giving Paul a hard time about the fact that he still had the lease to his bachelor apartment and was subletting it. She wanted him to sign the lease over the his sublet, and he finally caved and went to his old apartment where we found out that his sublet was... Kramer! They had a short scene together during which Paul asks if Jerry still lived across the hall, suggesting that *he* was living there when Jerry moved in, not Kramer.

Anyone else catch this, or am I just the biggest Seinfeld geek you ever did see? :-)

Perhaps Paul went to visit Kramer, and Kramer said "would you like something to eat/drink?" Then the two headed over to Jerry's.

Now that you mention it, I do remember Krammer's cameo on "Mad About You". So your not the only one out there...

Perhaps Paul stayed in touch with Kramer and occasionally visited him at the apartment (maybe to check up on the apartment since it was still legally in Paul's name). During one of those trips, he might have met and been introduced to Jerry.
