George Costanza's boss over the last three seasons has been George Steinbrenner. Larry David, jerry's friend and the shows co-creator, supplied the voice for this man. You may have noticed the lack of Mr. Steinbrenner this season and it is pretty much due to the fact that Mr. David departed from the Seinfeld crew this past season. You may notice Larry David's Steinbrenner voice lent to the episode where Kramer and Babs are strolling down the street and people yell out to Kramer! He appears in one episode as the cashier who takes George's $20 dollar bill at a food stand in the Christmas episode lat season.
