Over the last few days Dubya Bush has been under pressure as the latest report states there was no concrete link between Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein. The inference we draw is that Bush lied and cooked up a scheme.
My view is that George isn't clever enough to hatch a scheme like this.
The only possible answer is that George thought he could drop Bin Laden and Hussein like a bag of dirt.
