Fans debate whether the backwards episode works if scenes are reordered chronologically, with mixed opinions on its quality and whether it requires an open mind to appreciate.
Having just seen it again the other night, I was wondering something about the "backwards" episode (the one that started at the end and finished at the beginning.)
Has anyone tried to dub the scenes onto another tape in the proper order, and if so, did the show make sense, or was it just too obviously written to be "backwards"?

I got it and thought that it was funny also. I think that everyone who hated it just has a hard time opening up there imaginative mind.
One thing that was a "blooper" in the NBC universe. Paul on "Mad About You" had Kramer's apartment before he got married and then subleased it to Kramer. Paul and Jamie haven't been married eleven years, so when they have Kramer greeting Jerry "11 years ago" this appears to be wrong. Actually, I don't think they have been married nine years, so this throws the whole NBC tie in between "Mad About You" and "Seinfeld" into chaos.

I did it. It was obviously meant to be watched backwards. However, it was interesting to watch the reverse of reverse.
It's weird, I thought the same thing. In fact, I can't remember if I : 1) posted the idea on Thurs nite, or 2) just mentioned it to my girlfriend.

I'm a little reluctant to admit it but yes, I edited the episode into its proper order months ago just after it was originally aired. The plot flows and the episode makes complete sense.

A lot of people are saying that the backwords episode was the worst. I don't think so. It wasn't the best, I'll grant you that. It was extremely creative and ingenius. No other show ever attempts anything anymore. All they do is the normal crap. Seinfeld is the best show on TV bottom line.
I loved that one,it took awhile to figure out what was going on, but the end was great,Kramer's snowball and Jerry writing off the internet,classics
