Frasier?

Any one know why Frasier is on this Thursday at 9:00 on NBC....... INSTEAD of Seinfeld ??

Most likely because they don't want a "new" Seinfeld going up against the World Series.

The world series is on Fox at the same time. I couldn't care less, but I'm sure NBC plans on everyone wathing baseball instaed of Seinfeld. To infinity ..... and beyond!

Even though there is a World Series game against it, they could still show a Seinfeld rerun instead of a Frasier rerun and probably steal some viewers for a half-hour from the Series. I wonder if the reason might have something to do with the fact that production on Frasier is shut down while Kelsey Grammer goes through rehab at the Betty Ford clinic, and perhaps they want to keep the show in front of the viewers and maintain ratings by putting it into their #1 slot.

BTW, isn't it ironic that the lasting legacy of the deservedly short-lived Ford administration is his wife's clinic for addicted Hollywood stars?
