I'm an Elaine fan and also I like to root for the underdog. Also I would cherish the possibility of Elaine falling in love with a non Brad Pitt clone. That is why I repost this article. Also Patricia Boyle finds it amusing.
A true romantic is beyond the football player-cheer leader stage. He or she sees into the soul and looks for the substance & the surface. A dozen fools might try to define romance but in the end it is almost Zen like.
Yeah, but trying to find the latter end of that is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Few of us have found the latter, while the rest are stuck in the former. I happened to get enough of the former to realize now that I've waited all along for the latter to come around!

As one of the *former* walking wounded, I'd lose that emotional baggage your carrying around, if I were you. If you don't, you'll walk around like I did before the love of my life came into it. Personally speaking, I could not present my heart to him in the _walking wounded_ condition. I had to lose the emotional baggage and the bitterness before I could open my heart to him. What worked for me though, was a song from Michael Bolton, "Time, Love, and Tenderness". It took a whole year, to lose 11 years worth of emotional baggage that I carried around. I was glad I did! The same song may not do the same for you, but I'm sure you'll find one that will do it for you. I know this has nothing to do with the Seinfeld group (readers, please forgive me, I'm just responding to his posting).
