I have seen the show in french

I'm the biggest french canadian fan of Seinfeld. I watch the show in english like everybody else. But last summer, they put it on french television. It was mostly awfull. Only some of the shows were good translations. The rest was kinda crapy. I was a little ashamed to tell my friends and family who don't speak english, to watch the show. But i taped the pilot to remember myself to never trust a tranlation. You don't know how bad a show can become when tranlated. � la prochaine, Du plus gros fan de Seinfeld au Quebec.

Yeah, that's true, I did tell my friends to watch it, but they said it was boring. And I understand them, it's boring in French. They tried the same with "The Cosby Show" and "Who's the boss", and they both ended up being a complete disaster in french.

There are just some things that cant be translated. Like Elaine's GET OUT!
