I was at the DMV today waiting for about an hour and I was thinking if there's ever been a seinfeld episode with this premise? You're sitting there, with the number 3 and it's on 62 right now, and every time another person gets called up to the desk, you feel that sense of envy towards that person, you're just sooo disgusted as these people walk by with huge smiles on their faces. It'd be an interesting premise; sort of like the chinese resturant episode.

Too bad. Kramer isn't the right charachter to be in a big line. Jerry or Elaine seem like that situation would be best for them, y'know?
