Not necessarily. Amazon probly put that feature online to stop the jillions of fans emailing them asking them to release Seinfeld. Sounds stupid, but people do it. Saves them hassle and keeps fans quiet. It does indicate the demand, but the exact wording says the studio isn't producing it.
