"Kramer" on Night Court

As I was surfing the channels late one night, I passed by an old "Night Court" in which *Kramer* was playing a man with delusions that he was invisible. In the final scene, the gang was urged into the courtroom to see this guy who was convinced he was invisible--so he removed all of his clothing since that *obviously* was why they could all see him. Though I don't recall the character's name, it was very much like our dear Kramer on "Seinfeld." :-)

It was Kramer. I made this exact post about two months ago.
