Does anyone think that the final episode was INTENTIONALLY designed to get people talking? Since the show was about people discussing trivial things, maybe L. David decided he'd give people an episode DESIGNED to give people something trivial to talk about afterward.
In that sense, the *real* finale of "Seinfeld" has been the massive discussion/debate/argument that followed the airing of the final episode. The "Seinfeld" finale discussion has spread to all corners of the Internet. It's being discussed on newsgroups where it isn't even remotely on-topic. People all across the country have put in their two cents about it.
Maybe that was the idea all along.
