I think it's fantastic. It's got Kramer's child like realisation of a fantasy (starring in his own talk show) along with some excellent Kramer moments (like stopping for a break - cracks me up). The episode also features George and the pigeons. A great comedic combination. And who can forget the drugging of Jerry's girlfriend for the use of her toys. What more could you want.
