Quick Question: How played Dr. Roy?

Recently I watch a re-run of Seinfeld. It was the episode revolving around "massage". Where George got a massage from a male and "it moved". There was a Dr. Roy Somethingorother from whom Jerry et al were trying to get a presciption for massage. Who played the doctor? He's a well know character actor (with squinty eyes) but I can't remember who the helll he is!?!?
