Syndicated Rerun Question

Are all the Seinfeld syndicated reruns edited (lines/scenes cut) to allow more ad time? No episodes? Some of them?

Hard to say for sure, but my best guess is that the shows with Jerry's standup monologue are easier to edit because they can cut out one or two of his jokes, but startiing with the 7th season is there no standup type opening so the edits have to be from the actual show. I've seen lists of syndication cuts but nothing total or complete.
