Hi, I'm not an English speaker, and I failed to understand that joke: "Look Elaine, tie car wash" (it's in 'The Jacket', season 2). Could anybody explain it to me ? Thanks a lot.

In America, you can have your automobile automatically cleaned at a "car wash". In certain types of car washes, the car, after it is clean and wet, is dried by many hanging long, thin strips of cloth as the car passes through. The ties hanging on a rack are a reminder of the hanging cloths in a car wash, n'est ce pas?
