Newman on Tax Day

seeing as this is the busiest mail day of the year, and the post offices are open extra late, I wonder how Newman takes it? My guess is he calls in sick every single year on April 15th so he can just avoid it entirely. By the way, everybody else seems to hate this day, but I sort of enjoy it. I was born on April 15th, 1974, and I get to say every year that i was born on the most hated day of the year!

No, the busiest day (the mother of all mail days) is Mother's Day.

Since Mother's Day is always on a Sunday, I'd find it hard to believe that it's any kind of a "mail day". I think Mother's Day does classify as the biggest *telephone* day.

I'd imagine that the April 15th is the biggest day for drop offs. almost everyone has to file. not everyone sends a card on mother's day.

Of course, they mean the Saturday BEFORE Mother's Day. Maybe that's the busy day at the Post Office. However, I can't believe that Saturday is busier than Apr. 15th
