Unknown Episode

Can anyone tell me the name of the episode where the group is going to a game, then they're stuck in traffic because of the parade.

           broadcast the first time around.  We get the original actor
           playing George's father and everything.  (Hey, subtitling
           is expensive; who would bother doing it a second time?)

We've seen it in the UK, but only once. It will probably be a very long time before we see it again due to the other Seinfeld channels being on Season 4/5/6.

In Australia it was treated as a "Seinfeld Classic Episode" and shown at 8.30 pm. I taped it at the time and have seen it many times. But nowhere in it do I see anything offensive. I had no idea down here that the episode caused such a fuss. Where there similar protests by anti-censorship groups against its policy?

I love that episode. Isn't that the one where some guy is bugging George with a laser pen in his face. Doesn't Kramer or Jerry say that if it happened to go between his eye and his sunglasses, it would keep bouncing back and fourth. Maybe I just dreamt that part.

no you didn't dream it. It was the guy who interrupted George's hindenburg disaster 'joke' (That's gotta hurt!)

Well, I guess it takes all sorts. I had no idea NBC is that gutless. It wouldn't happen here. Though what pisses me off is that wherever it is playing, the responsible networks cut bits out to fit in more commercials. It's funny to watch two identical episodes on separate tapes recorded in different countries and spot the differences. Sometimes entire scenes are cut out.

Close...actually it's "The Puerto Rican Day" taking place at the Puerto Rican day parade...that was a pretty funny episode, too bad we may never see it in syndication...
