So, did everyone see Jerry on this morning's "Today" show? They had a 5 or 6 minute interview discussing various things - being stiffed at the Emmies (Emmys doesn't seem right to me), having standup as part of the show, how nobody at NBC knows where they are, and the future plotline of Jerry going to L.A. to be on Carson (George comes along for the free hotel room) and getting discovered by NBC.
*** SPOILER AHEAD *** (only if you read this in the next few hours, since the show's on tonight, but what the hey)
Once they get to L.A. they apparently have to help Kramer because he's been arrested as the "Smog Strangler" (or something), a serial killer. heh.
They also showed a clip from tonight's episode, where George and Jerry are on a payphone talking to the friendly folks at 911. George asks a passer-by where they are and the guy says "Earth" and keeps walking. Funny stuff.
He looked kinda sleepy but then so did I at that hour.
