I could be mistaken, but it seems that "the keys" and "the trip"
aired very recently. I remember being disappointed because
I didn't care for the trip much. Could be wrong.
My point is that they keep playing the same 30 or so episodes
over and over and over and over and over and over and over.
With 168 episodes (plus the Puerto Rican one) to work with
I'd like to see some variety. Especially more early ones.

As in the first shot, or the episode called The Pilot. The answer would be yes to both. Although they changed the title on the first episode from The Seinfeld Chronicles (as it originally aired) to Seinfeld.

Yes I meant the 1st show. Good news bad news I think it's named. When was that one shown last ?
I think the people that decide on which episodes to show have fallen victim to the rating book numbers on certain Seinfeld episodes. I do not know this for a certain fact, but in this day & age of polling and monitoring everything, there must be a "book" that gives the ratings of Seinfeld episodes during their network run. Naturally, these rating numbers are somewhat skewed toward the final 2 seasons (especially the last when Jerry declared the end was coming) . My point is the programers decide to take episdoes with the highest book ratings- do some previewing or promoting of the "upcoming " show & can expect to get a particular audience share and thus establish are certain rate for the advertizing shown during those particular shows. None of this is based on absolute facts but it's simply my attempt to explain why "the most popular or familiar" Seinfeld episodes seem to be shown much, much more often. I'm sure when the sydication rights change hands, they will start from the pilot and go right thru to the final show- THEN start getting into this random type show of episodes. This is what my local station did.
