What's with KTLA?

Does anyone agree that the 7:30 timeslot in L.A. for syndicated Seinfeld is irritating? The constant pre-emptions for Dodger games is ridiculous. I would like to know what the Nielsen rating difference is between Dodger games and Seinfeld. KTLA should put Cheers or Murphy Brown in that timeslot, and give us Seinfeld at night - without the constant possibility of pre-emptions. Arrgh!
