Season Premerie-Movie Reference

When Kramer is trying to escape from the kids in that alley, He is trying to climb a ladder, but the kids grab him. Is this a slight movie reference to the beggar children scene in "Suddenly Last Summer" ??

Good call ! Did Sebastian Venable get dragged down off a ladder though, or was he just running down a street and fell when the kids caught up with him ?

As an alternative, could it have been a reference to some psycho children movie like The Brood, or Village Of The Damned ?

This might have been mentioned in a different thread (which I avoided since I did not see the premier until 9/26) but Kramer met the same demise when he refused to wear the AIDS ribbon.

Actually, it reminded me of the episode last season where Kramer refused to wear the ribbon for the AIDS walk and Bob and Cedric(also from the Soup Nazi episode) pulled him down as he was climbing a ladder. Very similar.
