Jason Alexander in "The Paper"

Did anyone else catch Jason Alexander in "The Paper"? He played the beleagured parking commissioner who tried to shoot Randy Quaid... no glasses, a moustache, and the appearance of a little more hair, but it was definitely him. It was a small part in a movie packed with other stars (Michael Keaton, Glenn Close, Robert DuVall, Marisa Tomei ...) but I thought he was pretty good.

I agree. I didn't realize it was him until the third or fourth time he came on. Once he started speaking, however, he was classic George (or perhaps classic Jason). Small part, but well played.

Jason Alexander also has a very small role in the Tim Robbins movie "Jacob's Ladder" which was shown here the other night on Boston TV. He plays the lawyer that won't take Jake's case regarding military chemical experiments. Tim Robbins knocks Jason Alexander across the hallway of a courthouse, then gets kidnapped. Good movie.
