Fans recall Jerry's term for tears in "The Serenity Now" when he cries and questions what is coming from his eyes.

My favorite part from the 10/9 episode was what Jerry said when he started crying. He questioned what was coming out of his eyes, like he had never seen it before. But I can't remember what he called the tears- can anyone help me out? Was it "salty residue", "salty secretion", or something else?
