The lowdown on blooper tapes

I have read messages on this group about the existance of blooper tapes. I am interested in any information about blooper tapes of any description. Some of the biggest laughs I had when watching Seinfeld was the very final clip show, showing the blooper clips of Kramer in the "Smokey apartment" episode. I would love to see more! Are the tapes sold from reputable sources, or are they just unwatchable 3rd generation or worse dubs from private collections?

My copy is pretty bad quality, nearly unwatchable x generation.

If Seinfeld makes us laugh so much, you gotta imagine how much it makes the actors laugh, too. (Many of the bloopers are when they are laughing too hard to say their lines.)
