There was an episode where Kramer is getting some Soviet guys to illegally install Cable at Jerry's house. I didn't see the whole show. In a dream sequence, Jerry gets shot by the FBI and Kramer cries over his crumpled body, crying some nonsense about "my cable boy." It looked as though this was a reference to a famous scene in a movie, but if so, I didn't recognize it. Can someone enlighten me?

Well, this is a wild stab, but it always reminded me of a scene in Coppola's "The Outsiders" (1984 or so) when one of the main characters, Pony Boy, is dying. But I'm not about to rent the flick to confirm scene similarities, so I'll just post this and risk the wrath of all you cinephiles.

Ponyboy wasn't dying, Johnny was. Cable boy refers to Jerry when he got the illegal cable hookup.
