Susan was not the greatest character in the whole world, but she was certainly important to all the plots. JCS was exactly right when he said this a few months ago. Susan is the type of character that should show up once in a while and not all the time. I recall the episode when she was with Elaine a lot and it was not as funny with her in every scene, but she is an important character and her loss on the show is great loss in me looking foward to see Seinfeld every thursday night...

Thank you. With the exeption of the first line in this statement (Susan is teh greatest character in the whoe world), I agree with everything you said and I am glad that you could state my position much more reasonably than my opponents. The show is finished (it was finished last season but they reintroduced Susan and hatched the engagement storyline which caused them to go another season. Why they would go without the reason for continuing is beyond me but then so is the existence of CBS).
