Dear Andy J. Mack (sorry, meant to reply personally, but lost this afternoon's posts in a bizarre mishap),
What I really meant about Kramer's name is that his first name has never been mentioned. Yes, there are many references that lead to the conclusion that Kramer is his last name, but there has been no mention of a first name (as far as has been discussed here, in our forum). The real Kramer, whom the character is based upon, is named Kelly Kramer. ^^^^^ The FAQ even delves into this issue and boasts just to know Michael Richards' character as simply KRAMER.
Someone had it right when (s)he said to think of Kramer as a one-name entity like Cher, Madonna, etc. and pointed out the ISOCELES KRAMER remark from the Junior Mints episode (sorry, that post got trashed, can't give credit to the person who wrote it--but thanks!) :)=) (big, toothy grin)
I think whoever won that radio contest must have said, "he has no first name" or "his name is just Kramer" and won with that answer. Or maybe they answered with the real Kramer's first name.
Anyway.......
Can't wait til tonight's episode! I think I said this a million times this week! Told all my friends and neighbors. They think I'm crazy. Little do they know about all my cohorts here on alt.tv.seinfeld who love the Sein as well!
