Fans discuss the context of the "hopped up on" catchphrase, debating whether it was Kramer or Jerry who said it and whether it referred to coffee, sugar, or cinnamon swirls in relation to Java Stop.

in what context does Kramer ( or Jerry...I cant remember) say "You're all hopped up on..." Is it coffee? Sugar? help...its driving me crazy

It was the episode where George is buying new glasses and Kramer said that if George goes to his friend's optical store he'll get a discount. When the man didn't give George the discount Kramer went in there wielding a chocolate bar and saying that the guy owed him because he (Kramer) was the one who got him off sugar - "When I found you you were all hopped up on ...." - I can't remember the exact quote.
