What about the gymnast? (Yeah, I guess you could say, what about it? But they still did it!)
Fans debate whether Jerry had sex with the gymnast from the episode, with disagreement about whether the encounter actually happened.

I think the point is that Jerry gets sex, he just doesn't talk about it. George on the other hand talks about getting sex because that's the way he is. Jerry behaves like a grown-up, George does not.

Grown-up? Huh. I don't think anyone on Seinfeld is grown-up. That's a major part of the appeal. The deal is, George = Jerry to the nth degree. George is an elaborate extension of Jerry's neuroses. Jerry DOES talk about sex, just not as much as George, done in part to help preserve his "player" persona.

Jerry behaves like a grown-up? We're talking about the dinosaur-man here!

Considering that George is married, if I'm not mistaken, I would have to say that George PROBABLY gets it more than Jerry.

George is married? Hey, you know something I don't. Is this a season 8 thing?

Ummm.... George isn't married... His fiancee died from licking wedding invitation stamps, remember??
BTW, I thought that was the lamest ending, especially for a season ending episode. Oh well, I guess they can have an off day every now and then. :)

I do recall once or twice that Jerry and Elaine had sex. Once would be the episode where Jerry finds out about women faking orgasms.

Yes, but "CONFIRMED" only if you believe that Elaine is telling the truth. (After all, she also _claims_ she's not Jewish...)
But Jerry says that they only did it 25 times, so I guess it depends on who you believe.
He's not married, if you're refering to real life, which the post is not about, please use Jason Alexander and not george as his name, so as not to confuse the show with real life
The original post that this was in response to said something like Jerry probably has more sex in real life than the rest of the cast. This response said that George was married, he should have said Jason Alexander is married cause he was referring to real life.

OHHHHH, geez. YES... For everyone who thinks I have no idea... I was talking about JASON ALEXANDER being married, NOT "George Costanza". That's why I mentioned Jerry and Shoshana, his real life (ex)girlfriend. Operative words there: real life!

OOooh, nice try for the save.
Horse Hockey! as Colonel Potter would say.
Jason may be married, but I doubt very much he dips the wick as often as Jerry Seinfeld does. Jerry is a TV star with his own show, and a successful stand-up comedian. Jason Alexander is a second-stringer with a few broadway shows under his belt...but no one beyond inner NY City has heard of him beyond Seinfeld. Jerry has continental coverage; Jason follows in his footsteps. Jerry can have a sexual partner at the snap of his fingers; Jason would probably consider himself lucky to get out of the house long enough to grovel and shell out the bucks for a 42nd street hooker.
Of course, being married, Jason's sexual activities are controlled by the whim and fancy of his wife. Poor sap.

Um. Yeah. Go back and read my origial post, please. Not a nice save - no save required there. I just mistakenly said "George" rather than Jason.
And? I have some doubts as to whether Jerry would just go out and pick up women for one night stands, just for the sake of dipping the wick. Too much at stake, if you ask me (this is the 90's after all. The age of AIDS and of course, stalkers.)
Ohhhh, so you're considering this a status thing? Theoretically, Jason should be able to get it as often as he wants, provided he's married to a woman who truly loves him.. yada yada.
And he's not as disgusting as you make him out to be! I think he could probably get one of those 42nd street hookers if he really wanted, although I doubt he'd have to go to those lengths. Honestly.

P.S. You were in a rather crusty mood when you replied to me... what's goin' on?

Yes, yes. You caught it. Almost lost you there, eh, Cap'n?! Whooo, you'd better be a little quicker on the uptake! You know, the Ocean called... they said... they're all out of you. Or. Was that the Non-Fat Yogurt place. I think.. no, they didn't call. Or, maybe they did, but I kinda got messed up with my new two-line phone, see...

I think you meant Jason Alexander. George is definitely not married. And speaking of the subjevct of sex, the fact Jerry's sex life is rarely a topic of interest in the show doesn't mean he doesnt' have any.
