I just have to say this about "Phil," "Larry," and "Brian": Extraordinary work they did on Seinfeld--given that their real-life personas (especially Phil and Larry) hardly resemble the characters they played, to wit, respectively: Jackie Chiles, the "Soup Nazi," and Babu. Was that amazing to see them as themselves last night or what?
Can't really say that about the women or the guy who played Mickey ("Danny"?). But then their characters were not as cartoonish.
Mickey wasn't cartoonish? Every apearance he had featured Laurel and Hardy type slapstick with Kramer.
Quite a dumb bunch of people. I mean come on, how many weeks in a year???

Yeah, no kidding. I still have nightmares about a "Dating Game" event we did in my college dorm, and it wasn't even televised. But just being up on stage, trying to be witty in front of a huge crowd of people was tremendous pressure, and I looked like an ass. More of an ass than normal! ;-) I imagine it'd be even worse trying to answer questions on a TV show with the clock ticking away.
It's also very different going from being an actor where your lines are written for you, to having to answer questions you can't prepare for in advance. They also didn't have the benefit of re-takes either.
It seems that things we all had to do in school with our peers around us is the hardest.
