Fans help identify Jon Lovitz's character Gary Fogel from "The Scofflaw" and recall his catchphrase of adding "JACK" to various statements.
It's driving me crazy. I think the episode is called "The scofflaw." The part I can't remember, however, is:
Jerry thought this guy was dying of cancer and bought him a hairpiece. He wasn't, of course, and used the hairpiece to advantage. He had this line when approaching females in Monk's,,,, something like, "Step back, JACK!" but I don't think that was quite it. What was the line that used the emphatic "JACK" in it? Thanks ...
