I've only been viewing "Seinfeld" for about a year, so I'm busily getting caught up on the older episodes. (Everybody needs an important project). Hopefully, someone can provide an answer to the following question which has been bugging me for awhile now:
I have yet to see the episode (if it even exists) that explains the source of the barely-concealed contempt between Jerry and Newman. Is there a history behind their antagonism or is it just a case of two people agreeing to be disagreeable? Thanks in advance to all who care to respond.
