You are so right. That would have been the ha ha funny ending. Not that I didn't laugh at the prison stand-up.
That remains an option available to the review board that has to decide which guys are the least dangerous threats to society, and therefore most deserving for release on probation. ;)
That was truly amazing how Jerry's lawyer was complaining about everybody's choice of attire --- BUT THE GUY WAS DRESSED IN $500 DOLLAR SILK SUITS HIMSELF! hahaha In a small town, NEVER dress like that, and make the jury think you are some hotshot big city lawyer who knows more than they do. Jackie DOOMED them with his own, flamboyant, flashy choice of clothing! Just absolutely HILARIOUS...
