Maybe it's just me, but it seems like the sets in the past two seasons are not as convincing as sets from older episodes, despite the bigger budget. Anyone else notice anything similar, or is this all in my mind?
Maybe it's just psychological because the situations are more farfetched and make the settings seem less real.
I agree. And I think this started with Jerry's apartment. It is as if they installed about fifty flourecent lights above his apt. The apt. is very bright now. It doesn't have that old comfortable, worm "feel" that it used to. This goes with all of the sets - not nearly as "real" anymore.
