Episode schedule to my e-mail ???

Is anyone aware of a service that will do the following....

Every Day I would like to get an e-mail listing what episode of Seinfeld that will be shown that day.

I am recording them all to DVD and it would sure help to know before I tape it. Yes I know there are web based searches like TVGuide but it would be nice to get an e-mail everyday.

Try going to www.tvgrid.com i think they have a way of setting it to send you an email telling you about the episode time and idea....
