Episode ID...help please.

Hi...there have been two scenes that I keep running through my head recently but I can't remember from what episodes they are. I have 151 episodes on tape, but I still can't place them:

1) Someone (a date of Elaine's perhaps?) is in Jerry's doorway and offers some advice about something-or-other. "You look like you could use a (I forget)." Jerry, annoyed, responds, "You look like YOU could use a..." and Elaine (?) cuts him off.

2) Someone (again Elaine's date I think) takes "it out" in front of her, just like that. "It?" "It." "Out?" "Out."

The first one is from number 141 "The checks", that's the one where Elaines boyfriend gives Kramer the dresser and he lets the Japanese tourists sleep in them.

The second is number 80 "The Stand-In", where Kramer and Mickey get jobs as stand ins on a soap. Jerry tries to make his sick friend Fulton feel better by making him laugh.
